Job Position: Head, Medical/Quality Assurance Department
Job Location: 
Abuja
Job Purpose: 
To head and lead the team of medical professionals in the Medical/Quality Assurance Department for the continuous enhancement of our working relationship with the network of our health care facilities which would translate to the provision of unparalleled healthcare services to our teaming enrollees across the country.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

  • The candidate must possess first degree in MBBS.
  • The candidate must have at least 10 or more years experience in clinical practice in reputable health care facilities.
  • A masters degree in any discipline and good understanding of managed care or healthcare financing would be an added advantage.

Skills:

Very strong personality, good analytical and organizational skills.

Articulate, smart and ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Job Location:

Job Purpose: 
To head the team in Lagos and the South West to systematically grow and increase the bottom-line of the company and also strengthen the relationship with the existing clients.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

  • First degree in any of the humanities or relevant field.
  • Evidence of working within a target-driven environment
  • Proven experience as a marketing officer with experience.
  • Good understanding of health insurance or healthcare financing.
  • 5- 8 years experience in related role.

Skills:

Very strong Marketing skills with proven record of achievements.

Passion to succeed, Strong determination to achieve measurable result, focus, discipline and honesty.

Articulate, smart and ability to work, under pressure and multi-task
